I have had this blog set up at least since 2011. I even a few articles drafted but never got time to finish any writing. Or, let's be honest that I just procrastinated. I started my first job in the year 2011 and then never worked on this blog. Though I could add very few entries to my other blog. Eventually, the thought of resuming writing itself faded away.
Then I got a chance to catch up with some of my IITR Alumni in Hyderabad after a couple of years. One of them is holding a very high position in a well-known Software organisation. He started Hydroponics farming out of the interest, doing good with it in his part-time and now thinking of making a career out of it with the early/post-retirement. He comes from a farming background and wants to return to his native. He shared a great thought:
We all have a childhood passion that we loved a lot but maybe never thought to make a profession out of it. Some of us would have thought so but turned our dream to get a socially accepted job. If we explore our childhood again, we shall find that one thing. That will give us the utmost satisfaction and in turn success.
Today the thought came that I should resume writing. I have started and stopped writing many times. I tried travelogues, comic books, poetries and daily-diary. Now I want to restart this blog.
Is contributing to the creative world or sharing my idea with people is that one childhood passion or just a hobby: I do not know yet. But I hope to make a difference with all I do.
